What services do you offer?

As a Lilith and Aphrodite devotee, my services focus on those meant to empower women via tarot, astrology, spells, and even metaphysical curios like spell oils and more.

Whether you are looking for 1:1 coaching (maybe you are new to witchcraft or exploring your spirituality), or want to attend group classes to further your knowledge, I pride myself on being accessible, offering many services in differing price ranges including free classes.

Do you make custom items?

I currently offer custom deity and spell oils upon request.

To order a custom spell or deity oil, you must purchase one on the Custom Oil page, filling the order form with the intentions, scent, herbs, deity name, or any other information you wish me to know upon creating the item. If you would like the creation of the product to be completely up to me, please note this in your order form.

Custom spelled items which do not come with a fully filled out form (should be done when adding the service to your cart), will be refunded.

DGD and Dark Moon, LLC also reserve the rights to refund the order and cancel spelled item orders if they do not align with our mission, policies, or spiritual expertise.

How do I schedule a reading?

Readings (Tarot & Astrology) can be scheduled on the Home page and requires that you fill out a form when adding to cart. This is because the tarot readings are at a lower price, and have limited time to get all your questions answered. Be sure to put any pressing questions or requests in your intake form to ensure the topics are covered during your appointment.

Our Astro + Tarot combo readings (Such as the “Serpent’s Tongue” & “Of Seafoam”) are longer in appointment time and require a minimum of 48 hours notice/ booking time and date. These are very extensive readings which require that I look into and take notes on your natal chart. which requires more time.

Readings which do not come with a fully filled out form (should be done when adding the service to your cart), or that do not meet the 24 (tarot) & 48 hour (tarot & astro) lead time, will be rescheduled to the next available time slot. If a date/ time can not be agreed upon, the service will NOT be refunded, as per our policies (which you agree to when booking). So please make sure you are booking correctly!

What is your shipping policy?

From the time an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for processing (packaging / USPS package pick up), depending on the availability of package pick up through USPS.

Shipping times are dependent on the type of shipping you chose and paid for at check out and can vary from 3-7 business days, bringing the total to about 4-10 business days (excludes Sundays).

Due to the high alcohol content of our spiritual colognes (like Dark Radiance), all orders containing spiritual colognes will be shipped using “USPS Ground advantage”, as they can’t ship via air transport. Please ensure you choose this option at check out. Choosing expedited shipping options on these types of orders will be considered money lost as I will not be able to adhere to those shipping times .

There are times when the processing or shipping times vary, and are usually due to inclement weather.

It is the responsibility of the customer to track and ensure they receive their package by checking their tracking number. If there are any issues or questions regarding the status of your package, please reach out to us using the contact us page.

What is your spellwork policy?

Spellwork can be purchased in the Shop and requires that you fill out a form when adding to cart. This is because all spells are partially custom, ensuring that my tried and true methods are modified to fit your specific situation. If the form is insufficiently filled, or the requested specifications for the spell are not acceptable, the spell will be refunded with an email explanation as to why.

All spells include protection for the client and home

If you are in need of your order being expedited (added to the list of priority clients and workings) an add-on can be purchased for your spell to ensure it is accomplished within the timeframe requested.

Otherwise, the spell order will proceed as follows:

From the time an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for processing- reviewing the spell request form which is submitted along with your spell/ email confirmation to client including the date and time I am expected to perform the spell. At the time the spell is cast, but prior to the spell, a tarot reading is done to read into the situation for any additional context I may need as a practitioner. You are required to be available during your scheduled spell time, in the case there are any additional questions or important messages that need relaying. If you are not available at the date/ time scheduled, you will be rescheduled based on mutual availability (via email).

Once the spell has been performed, and the order has been “completed” you will receive an email with all the details of how your spell went, what the cards said about the outcome, and any suggestions for spiritual practice, hygiene, or exercises etc. may be given if needed. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with spiritual hygiene and any exercises provided post-spell for maximum efficacy.

Due to the way my spells are programmed, results may vary from “hitting” within minutes, to 3 lunar months (84~90 days).

Although most spells are successful, it is important that you know there is no guarantee that your spell will “hit”. There are simply too many factors involved in your and others fates, and there are influences out of our control (sometimes), not to mention, we only want them to if it is what is best for you. If the 90 days have passed with no results, please reach out via DM or email. A free tarot reading consultation will be performed to clarify why and how we can rectify it (if possible). Spell purchases are final and will not be refunded if unsuccessful.

How can I leave a review?

For items purchased using the shop, such as those listed under the apothecary, and spells, a review will be requested via automated email (the email you used at checkout) ~14 days after the order has been fulfilled.

To review a reading (such as tarot & astro), please Leave a review using the form outlined in our website menu.

If there are any issues with your order’s fulfillment (please see shipping policies on FAQ page), you can reach out to us using the Contact Us page in hopes of resolution.

After leaving a review, you should receive an automated email with a 10% off discount code for future use. If this email is not in your inbox after leaving a review, please reach out to us using the Contact Us page, where we would be happy to address and correct the issue.
